Leederville’s cafés, bars and restaurants are its feature, and so is its attraction for young couples to reside.
For this young couple, they wanted to capture the attraction of Leederville and bring it into their quiet old home, making it a place to entertain their friends and family.
A fully restored remaining front half and a new 2-story extension with polished concrete flooring has captured these elements, with the couples retreat nicely nestled away on the upper floor with views of their outside entertaining area and swimming pool.
