Floreat

Beautifully positioned between city and surf, Floreat is a much-desired place to live, and the reason why the owners of this home moved here some time ago.

With their children getting older, the owners of this single-story home took the opportunity to spruce up their family home to accommodate their changing lives.

Small windows were made larger to let in more light, dividing walls were knocked down to create space for open plan living, and rooms were renovated to accommodate this families changing way of life.

The result was a warm and welcoming family abode a stone throw away from Perth’s beautiful city and magnificent beaches.
