Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac of the suburb of Duncraig, was an old and tired single-story home needing a lot of love. The owners of this old home came to us with their dreams of turning it into a new 2-story home to house their family of 5.

Demolishing everything bar 1 wall with a sentimental picture painted by the owner, and part of the ground floor slab. We got to work to make their dream a reality.

9 months later and their dream came true as they moved into their new 2-story home, bringing new life into this quiet cul-de-sac

Paul & Gabrielle

Thank you Lorenzo and Daniel. We have been living in our new home for the last few months and absolutely love it! When we first looked into building a house, we were warned how stressful the process could be. Indeed there were certain stages of the build where this was the case, but your expertise and professionalism ensured that our worries were short-lived. In fact, we found the process of building both exciting and fun and were always made fully aware of the different stages of the build through the constant communication that you had with us.

From the initial designs, demolition, build and finishes we are extremely grateful for all of the excellent advice that we received from you all. You were prompt to respond to our questions and reacted quickly to any action that needed to be taken. Our questions were always dealt with professionally and respectfully, no matter how menial they seemed.

Building a home with Cassari has been exceptional. Not only do we have the house of our dreams, but we have also developed a lifetime friendship. The journey has been incredible. Being part of the building process and having the ability to have input has ensured that the end result is not just another new house but an outstanding home that suits our needs.

Should our needs change in the future… we would have no hesitation in starting the journey with Cassari again.

A sincere thank you from Paul and Gabrielle.
